  Conservation Engineering - Principal Engineer

Richard (Rich) Reis is a registered and licensed engineer in the state of Maryland, with many years of experience in several technological areas. (See resume.)

Rich has the specific tools and skills to evaluate current energy usage, to measure how and where energy is used and to record conditions over time, and to identify effective changes to reduce usage. He can apply his project skills toward completing these changes. He is aware of relevant government grants and tax credits and apply for these as needed.

Rich has a passion for saving energy, knowing that saving energy lessens stress on the environment by reducing pollution, global warming gasses, harmful mining practices, and the risks of importing energy from unstable areas of the world.
